We are certain you will love your goodies, but understand you may decide to cancel your order and that is ok.  If your order is cancelled prior to shipment or within 24 hours we will issue a refund to you.  Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Due to pandemic precautions, we are unable to accept opened product at this time. Please contact us at info@thejoyofcurls.com to report any customer service issue within 1-3 days of receipt and we will do our very best to accommodate you in a manner that meets your satisfaction. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send photos of your product to info@thejoyofcurls.com so that we may evaluate the issue and process your replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refund on Damaged Items

We will notify you within 5-7 business days once we’ve received images and inspected your item(s) to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method within 24-48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We recommend checking with your financial institution so that you know the expected date your funds will be available to you.
